"AOK Mein Leben" offers a secure and convenient way to manage your health data through its electronic patient record (ePA). You can upload medical documents from your healthcare providers, supplement them with personal data, and create your own health history. This information can be easily and securely shared with other medical facilities, providing your doctors with a quick overview, ultimately allowing more time for your treatment.

#Digital Passports

<li>In the "AOK Mein Leben" app, you can access essential documents such as vaccination records, maternal health records, pediatric check-up booklets, and dental bonus booklets.</li>
</ul>

#Document Management
<ul>
<li>Access your doctor's reports and discharge summaries from authorized physicians and clinics* to enhance your health history with personal documents.</li>
</ul>

#Authorize Your AOK
<ul>
<li>If your record is empty, gain insight into all billed services provided by your treating physicians by authorizing your AOK in the "AOK Mein Leben" app.</li>
</ul>

#Health Portal
<ul>
<li>If you have queries about a specific illness, the Health Portal contains valuable information to help you better understand the condition.</li>
</ul>

#Representative Arrangement
<ul>
<li>Add a trusted individual as your representative or act as a representative for another person.</li>
</ul>

#Services

<li>Utilize additional features like doctor visits, medications, prevention measures, vaccinations, and folders to streamline organizing your healthcare needs efficiently and avoid missing appointments.</li>
