"AOK Mein Leben" offers a secure and convenient way to manage your health data through its electronic patient record (ePA). You can upload medical documents from your healthcare providers, supplement them with personal data, and create your own health history. This information can be easily and securely shared with other medical facilities, providing your doctors with a quick overview, ultimately allowing more time for your treatment.

#Digital Passports

#Authorize Your AOK

<li>If your record is empty, gain insight into all billed services provided by your treating physicians by authorizing your AOK in the "AOK Mein Leben" app.</li>

<li>If you have queries about a specific illness, the Health Portal contains valuable information to help you better understand the condition.</li>

#Representative Arrangement

<li>Add a trusted individual as your representative or act as a representative for another person.</li>
